題目：
a walkway of width x meters ：walkway 寬 X
the width of the patio is 5 meters greater than the width of the walkway：patio 寬 X ＋5

(3x+5)[sup]2[/sup]-(x+5)[sup]2[/sup]=132解方程式

(4x+10)(2X)=132

8x[sup]2[/sup]+20x=132

2x[sup]2[/sup]+5x-33=0

(2x+11)(x-3)=0, x= -11/2 (不合) or 3

故patio 寬 X ＋5 = 8
area = 8[sup]2[/sup]=64
