因為 1/16 = 0.0625 ，所以你沒辦法從 16x is an integer這句話判定第一位小數是不是0，所以(1)不成立

@@所以題目有打錯耶....照你這樣子解題目來看的話

不是if 而是 of... 是醬子的嗎???

我還以為題目是說x不是零 問十分位的數字是多少...

原來是問說x的十分位是不是非零
