A certain city with a population of 132,000 is to be divided into 11 voting districts, and no district is to have a population that is more that 10 percent greater than the population of any other district. what is the minimum possible population taht the least populated district could have?

想請教一下，如果要”no district is to have a population that is more that 10 percent greater than the population of any other district"，其實132000/11後，平均一區是11000人，但若某區增加人數，某區減少相同人數後，不是也可以小於11000人嗎，所以A~D的答案不是都可以？？還是我誤會題意？？

其實這題我想了好久才想出來...
題目的意思是說每個數都不能超過最小數的10%, 求其最小數...
設最小數為X, 則其他10個數皆為1.1X
X+1.1X*10=132000
12X=132000 則X=11000

不好意思，說明的地方我打錯了，132000/11=12000，那天頭昏想錯了…
