是不是股東,員工,要不然兩者皆是??
是說要嘛是股東or員工會有or的意思嗎?
我知道or both 是股東兼員工,

這題不會這麼瞎吧??
就是100-47=53
可不可以請誰解釋一下哩??

我的看法是股東有62%,員工有47%, 員工兼股東有(62+47-100)%=9%(交集),所以股東並且不身兼員工的比率便是62%-9%=53%
