When 1,000 children were inoculated with a certain vaccine, some developed inflammation at the site of the inoculation and some developed fever. How many of the children developed inflammation but not fever?

我在C與E之間遊走
我覺的E也對的原因是：(1)+(2)合起來考慮之下沒有inflamation 也沒 fever有880人，那有病的就有120人。有20人是fever，那剩下的100人，單純來想就是有inflammation。

我的問題在於，那100人當中，難到就不會有人同時感染inflammation and fever 嗎? 這是為什麼我覺的E 也可以的原因。

有人可以幫助我解惑嗎? 可能是我少考慮了什麼了。謝謝

但題目條件二已經告訴你20個人發燒阿，如果有人同時發燒也發炎，那也是在那20個發燒的範圍內。

剛我用圖畫了一下，同時發燒也發炎的就是剛好重疊的部份，也就是20範圍內
