有找了一下相關的題型，但還是無法解出這題～
自己算的是
(1) r/10 = x.x3 --> r = x.3x 　　not sufficient　
(2) 10r = x.xx6 --> r = x.xxx6 　not sufficient

想好久還是想不出來，有人可以幫忙嗎？

這是問十位數,不是十分之一小數位喔!!
所以
(1) 表示百位數r=3,不充分
(2) 表示十位數r=6,充分
