這種情況發生在A 和B兩者發生機率完全重疊的時候~
當發生B時機率0.68已經完全吸收發生A的機率0.54
所以兩者都不發生的最大可能機率就是1-0.68=0.32

請問一下喔,the greatest possible value 這種語法出現於機率問題時,就只有當A和B發生機率完全重疊是嗎?
所以與32題的思考路徑就不相同吧,是嗎?
其實我就只是要問"語法"的問題,數學實在不好,發現自己常常看懂題目,但不知道怎麼求...

問 "E or F or (E&F)" ,問法頗詭異,不就是 E, F 聯集 "E or F" 嗎?
(1) E = 0.6
(2) F = 0.4
(1),(2) => E + F =1 => (E&F) = 0 => "E or F or (E&F)" = 0.6 + 0.4 - 0 = 1
這樣得到 (C) ,請問錯在哪裡?

(我想是不是沒看懂題目;還真不懂為何要這樣問! "E or F or (E&F)"??)

通常如果E跟F有重疊部份的話, 2個加起來的機率是會大於1的,
兩個加起來=1, 代表2個是完全不相干的個體, 所以不會一起發生
