1. 假設94年人口x人, 有電腦的人0.4x(人)

2. 98年人口增長4%, 1.04x(人)

3. 98年比起94年有電腦人增加30%, 所以0.4x人 * 1.3 = 0.52x(人)

4. 0.52x (98年有電腦的人)/ 1.04x(98年總人口) = 50%
