(1)在Z公司中有25%的計畫僱用4個或4個以上的人員
(2)在Z公司中有35%的計畫雇用了2個或2個以下的人員
在第1個條件中，我們無法得知其他75%的計畫(僱用人數<4)的僱用情形，所以並不充分。
在第2個條件中，我們無法得知其他65%的計畫(僱用人數>2)的僱用情形，所以並不充分。
所以合併(1)與(2)，我們便可得知其中位數必為3
