我的方法滿爛的 可是給你參考

(1)當有一個地區是41, 表示剩下的5個區域=75-41=34
故41的那個區域就會是greatest
當A=9時,這34可以分配給剩下的區域
EX: (9,8,7,6,4) 符合題目要求 但A小於10
當A=11時,則可分配成(11,8,7,6,2) 符合題目要求 但A至少等於10
所以(1)不對

(2)可由上面的舉例發現 A小於12不成立 因為等於9和等於11都可以
所以(2)不對

兩種相加來看
也可以用上面的例子看出來 是不成立的

依小弟這幾天看書的想法
如果是OG應該會這樣解釋

(1)地區共有75個名額
代表人數最多的國家..一共有41個代表
那剩餘的5個國家共有34個代表
A國的代表人數第2多
可能性太多..所以資料不足
例子的部分就會像GC06前輩般的舉例
(2)雖然條件中提供了
A國的代表少於12人
但依然沒有資料顯示其餘各國的人數比例
the same 資料不足

(1)(2)together 沒有資料可以顯示其餘國家的人數比例
所以資料不充分

小弟不知道這樣解釋對不對..請各位前輩指導一下

我有個看法,
(1). 舉例說明, 國家分別是 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 ,6, 第一是最多代表的
1 => 41位
2 => 假設有9位
3 => 19位
4 => 3
5 => 2
6 => 1位
===============================
1 => 41位
2 => 假設有10位
3 => 18位
4 => 3
5 => 2
6 => 1位
這樣就推翻了, 都有可能, 不見得最少是10位

(2). A送了少於12位, 那也可能是10位, 9位, 8位, 仍然可以湊出各種排列組合

(1) + (2). 剛剛上面的(1)舉例已經推翻了, 都有可能多於10或少於10, you never know.
