In the xy-plane, point P has coordinates (a, b) and point Q has coordinates (c, d). What is the distance between P and Q ?

(1) b - d = 4
(2) a - c = 3

answer: C

二點求距離
設xy-plane有二點 a(3,4) b(1,1)
ab的距離= 根號 [(3-1)^2+(4-1)^2]
所以 (1)+(2）是可以求出來距離的
