Q8 The figure above represents a square garden that is divided into 9 rectangular regions with indicated dimensions in meters. The shaded regions are planted with peas, and the unshaded regions are planted with tomatoes. If the sum of the areas of the regions planted with peas is equal to the sum of the areas of the regions planted with tomatoes, what is the value of x?

A. 0.5

B. 1

C. 1.5

D. 2

E. 2.5

這題誰可以幫小弟解釋一下，我看不太懂cd上面的解釋。

這個圖是正方形
有陰影的面積=沒陰影的面積
要求出x, 可設中下方白色方塊寬為6-x
有陰影面積=6x+(6-x)*3+18=3x+36
沒陰影面積=3x+(6-x)*6+9=-3x+45
3x+36=-3x+45
x=1.5

有陰影面積=6x+(6-x)*3+18=3x+36
沒陰影面積=3x+(6-x)*6+9=-3x+45
3x+36=-3x+45
x=1.5

題目說是正方形
設白色方塊寬=y
3+3+3=9=長=寬=x+y+3
y=6-x

6x:2個邊長為x和3的矩形面積
(6-x)*3:1個邊長為6-x和3的矩形面積
18:3個邊長為3和3的矩形面積
