是要把TOTAL 算出在找出MEDIAN嗎?? 不太董題目的意思

median不是mean喔~不要搞混了..
median是中位數....mean是平均數

所謂的中位數
如果有5個值...由低到高排出來...在中間的那個值(就是第三個)為這組數字的中位數
如果有6個值...由低到高排出來...在中間的兩個值的平均(就是第三和第四個值的平均)為這組數字的中位數

回到原題，共有11條(1990~2000有11年，稍微驗算一下沒錯)
中位數就是找11個裡面第6高的那一條所對應到的值
應該不難得到答案吧

突然想到OG裡面有一題直方圖....覺得很機車....數值對不太到 :sad
