怎麼答案會是25%?

(Assume that she paid no commissions.)

幫補一下公式 r= 400(D+S-P)/P
S=420, P=400, D=5.帶進去就可以了押...

為什麼要乘以400呢?題目不是說r is the yield of the investment as a percent. 那(D+S-P)就可以代表 yield了吧!
