A中 省略crop
the same crops as (crops) are planted on large farms
因為同類相比 故可省略

B 的 it 是虛主辭，代替的是後面的for... 沒錯。錯的是後面的 as on the large farm 未明確指出是什麼 on the large farm，故 planted 不可省。此外，後面的 they 找不到可代之物。故 B 錯。
