注意解釋講C的兩段，第一段講的是that 子句 的觀念
第二段則是假設語氣的用法，要用be

所以 才 用 原型 be

我手邊的資料不多了，但查到一個，是莫老師的專題講義第23頁，你說的並沒錯，是什麼意志動詞，但這也是假設語氣

至於所謂的propose Sb to do sth....我印象中沒有，要再看看

it seems that you misunderstand the explanation .

as what you assert , propose +N +to v is right , however ,

in C , i can't find out the N but a clause . it' s the reason why . :)

我個人認為ETS很喜歡在porpose後面接that..
這題我認為最大的考點再考邏輯錯誤
which修飾前面的名詞,department不能夠open,公園才行
