(B)(C)裡的they有指代不清的問題,
(D)(E)裡的時態不一致,

至於正確答案(A),我也不知道對在哪裡?
windows broken不是應該要用被動(windows were broken)嗎?
而that是因為前面so many people的那個so而來的嗎?
如果是,可否請問一下原本的句子是如何組合呢?
最後就是forbidding,我不知道forbidding該修飾誰?
an ordinance was issued forbidding這裡的issued forbidding讓我很困惑,不曉得該如何把它變回原句...
