A不選，理由誠如你說的perceiving是分詞構句，依照OG120的概念，是以原題主詞發動，所以 the state religion of China 去 perceive???

B不選，理由類似A，the state religion of China ...去with the perception...一定是由百姓或是誰去意識到，而且由　the state religion...

D不選，不知是平衡結構還是如何，基本一定不選

E不選，不符allow的基本用法　allow sb to do sth.

所以先用 allow SB to do Sth 將答案簡化為 B,C, 再用誰去 perceive 的觀念將答案確立為ｃ，應該是這樣的解題步驟吧.
