問一個笨問題，我有查過double這個字,它也可以做副詞。
只是副詞修飾動詞一般都在動詞前修飾，所以它在這裡不是當副詞，對嗎？
至於有關你幫我解釋的og 解答中的 'regardless of location' ,我還是不大懂耶..?
而a 中的that,我想請問一下,關於關代的指代,是以就近為原則(修飾語盡量接近被修飾物),
所以就近代替apple, 那麼代名詞it不是優先代替原題主詞 the same amount of acreage
上了CD查了一下這題的討論,說a 中的指代不清是因為 the apples是produces 的受詞,
所以表示是'現在的的蘋果'但,後面卻又用 in 1910 來修飾,表示是'過去的蘋果',
那就分不清是現在的蘋果還是過去的...

produce twice as much as.... (兩倍)

double (verb) ie) double the amout 但是這裡不可能為verb

double [Show phonetics]
adverb 重疊
in two parts or layers:

They were bent double (= Their heads and shoulders were bent far forward and down) from decades of labour in the fields.

1.關於你說double副詞部分可以像你那樣理解
指代不清是因為a用has,但後面時間卻是1910,兩者搭不起來,
變成好像在修飾現在的apple,但其實是要講1910的apple,所以不清

2.文中沒提到location,解釋這樣講只是就英文口語來說明,regardless of location意思就是不管在哪裡apple都這麼多,位置不列入考慮因素

3.你的看法是對的

我懂了,那意思是說D的答案改變了句意,因為其實原文的意思並沒有說
現在的蘋果相對於所有1910年的蘋果(不管在哪裡 )都是2倍。
而題目有提到這２倍是針對’the same amount of acreage ’
我考慮得太細了,其實用技巧來解這答案鐵定被刪,只是有時不弄清og的解釋又覺得不安心
(因為以前都忽略了這些解釋)...
