請問「非限定用法 不能改分詞構句」的相關例題？

想了很久也搜尋過文章，但是沒有找到什麼例句

因為最近想起來莫伯伯的這句話「非限定用法不能改分詞構句」

只知道是因為可能造成脫節修飾

但是一時間找不到相關的題目

不知道是否有好心人提供一下相關題目？

支持這句話的或例外的句子（有嗎？）都可以

剛剛看了OG127討論串還有很久以前的考古題P.23之11題，好像都是限制用法跟分詞的比較，比較沒有著墨在「非限制」的部分咧！

以下是在其他文法書看到的例子：

EX.The girl, who was play the piano, did not know it. = The girl, playing the piano, did not know it.

書上，是「等號」。

也就是說，非限制並沒有不能改成分詞的限制，但是莫老苦口婆心的直說不能改

又是怎麼回事呢？

不知道有沒有人願意來解說一下

其實prep中很多題型就是非限制改分片..ex prep39

印象中莫老師是說，非限定形容詞子句不改為分片的原因是：避免和分詞代替連接詞搞混！如果有這個ambiguity 就不可以省略為分片吧！我的想法^^

所以意思是說，不會搞混的情形下，就可以改嘍？

在您的例子中，called.....pore是補充說明opening是什麼，located.....bud才是真正修飾the opening，這樣對嗎？

現在回頭複習文法，發現以前都只是把規則背起來，可是不知道為什麼

BTW，分詞代替連接詞有沒有原因阿？還是要死背的規則呢？
