我不選C是因為我覺得and is considered a gourmet delicacy 可能會refer到brown rice
後來又看到D,覺得D寫的滿清楚的,也看不出有哪裡不好,所以選了D
如果要說D把原意改掉了,可是整各句子都是underline... 怎麼知道他本來的意思是啥... 怎麼知道主詞該是genmai-cha (as in c) 還是most japanese (as in D)?

B 我看道consider to be 就直接刪掉了，因為to be 多餘

另外，如果還要挑錯的話，我覺得B選項和原句強調的重點不一樣
原句說 ：
A special Japanese green tea （called genmai-cha ）contains brown rice and is........, though it(指tea) is virtually unavailable outside Yokohama.

主要說green tea的特色： contain brown rice and.....

但如果是B的話，只要是說 genmai-cha is a special green tea ，其餘都是補充說明
所以我覺得main idea不太一致
