[問題]require的慣用法

Require的慣用法：
1. Require sb. to do sth.
2. Require that S+原形V(虛擬語氣)
3. Require of sb. that S+原形V(虛擬語氣)
4. Require of sb. to do sth.
5. Require of sb. sth.

請問上述的第3~5都符合慣用法嗎?
因為劉振民語法只提到1245為慣用
但我看到攜隱及pudding的整理把3也列為慣用法,且攜隱把4列為不合慣用語 而5則沒人提到
現在有點搞混到底345是否都符合慣用呢

雖然這篇文章真的很久且沒人回,
但我還是想要再問一下!
針對1.2,3用法我沒任何意見!
但針對4,有這種用法?OG10th第109題說沒有此用法!
同樣的OG10th第181題一定要用of?(此題我可以理解需要firms,且此二題都從第11版移除)
另外針對5,我也不確定,是否有人可以貼上例題!
我找Longman和Collins COBUILD都沒有看到有關這種解釋!
請大家再幫忙一下!

Choices C, D, and E produce the ungrammatical construction requires of... employers to pay, in which of makes the phrase incorrect. In C, the use of in rather than for is unidiomatic, and jobs of comparable skill confusedly suggests that the jobs rather than the workers possess the skills. In D, the phrase beginning regardless ... is awkward and wordy in addition to being illogical.

Choices A, C, and D, with no reference to the firms in question, meet none of these demands. In choice E, the illogical and awkward use of a prepositional phrase (for firms' survival) buries the needed initial reference to firms in a possessive modifier.
