linux 是一種作業系統，屬於 opensource ，開放程式碼元件所組成的作業系統，而要花大錢買的就是微軟的作業系統了，而早期的linux發展比較不完整，一裝了之後比暈倒2000 or XP or 98 還容易掛(crash)，這個知道就好了。

意思應該是指 linux 現已經變得更能抵抗系統crash , 更白話一點的說就是 linux 作業系統已經比較不容易的crash(損毀)了。
