也就是把executives跟recruits做比較
可是OG的解釋跟我想的不一樣

As illprepared as they are,they nevertheless find good jobs.
..as在這裡當"雖然"解釋,來表達和主要子句相反的概念,
再來,OG 說the subject of the as ... as clause (young recruits) should be the subject of the main clause as well (e.g., they).應該是指主要子句裡的主詞要和as...子句主詞(young recruits)一樣,所以要用they..但在題目裡的主詞是business executives,所以錯了~而且句意也不對

紅字的部分是說主要子句跟隨在退讓語氣的子句之後，所以他必須表達出一種轉折的感覺，可見第一個As是當Though解，而第二個as應該是conjunction的詞性，有In the same manner or way that的意思，如：Think as I think.

嗯，所以As ill-prepared as they are, they nevertheless find good jobs.應該翻作雖然像他們這樣沒準備，然而他們還是找到工作了，是這樣嗎? @@ 突然有點沒信心...
