提出我的看法, 這題的關鍵當然在A, B, and, C三者的平衡
但按照原題來看
including指涉的不像是主詞a study
比較像是a number of remedies, 說明保育shark population的做法including三種
題目只說了這個study主張要保育, 沒有說這個study的內容是什麼
至於B
除了修飾polulation, 也有可能往前修飾N1 OF N2的N1, 也就是a number of remedies
但是按句意看, including的三種措施更不可能去修飾a number
所以B怎樣都不能選
