可是continuity=ongoing吧，這不就矛盾了嗎

我之前的想法是ongoing=持續，continuity=持續，所以ongoing=continuity，可是一個要用現在式，另一個卻要用完成式，所以覺得矛盾。

參考了各位的說法，自已也想了一下，下了個結論，不知道對不對，請大家多多指教：

持續的改變中(grow)-->現在式(進行式)
持續的保持現狀(since)-->完成式
