個人小小看法
看到後面",and" reguiring了嗎?
前面肯定還有"2"個Ving→A、C可以送上西天了
B跟A有個共同問題就是which指代不清，是study?還是population?
再來看E
E很容易看出它的問題在於"the"
除了the Ving...,the Ving...,and Ving的平行問題外
我認為the closing跟closing有著相當大的不同
ㄟ...怎麼說呢...
有"the"的是指那整個過程，動作的過程
沒有"the"的是指那個動作

此句中a number of remedies 當主詞時 動詞一定用複數動詞嗎

那跟 the number of women participated in the work force increases 是不是不一樣

雖然是很簡單的文法 但我還是搞不大清楚

the number of ---->表量 接單數動詞
eg. a number of children + 複數動詞 .
the number of N is growing...
