"many of them children"聽起來怪怪的,覺得少了個動詞,

(A) 主動詞不一致:主詞 = A new phenomena, 動詞應該單數 (is); which = waves 不會 mob cars.

(B) phenomena 不會 mob cars.

(C) many 和 vendors and beggars 為同位語, them = vendors and beggars, children 和 many 為同位語 (many of them = children), 這個插句也可以看成是獨立片語 (i.e. many of them being children, 把 being 省略); who = children.

(E) 主動詞不一致:主詞 = A wave, 動詞應該單數 (is); whom = vendors and beggars; visible 是 wave, 改變句意; where = intersections; they 指代不清 (= intersections? children? beggars? vendors?)
