想請問..
73.The British Admiralty and the War Office met in March 1892 to consider a possible Russian attempt to seize Constantinople and how they would have to act militarily to deal with them.
(A) how they would have to act militarily to deal with them
(B) how to deal with them if military action would be necessary
(C) what would be necessary militarily for dealing with such an event
(D) what military action would be necessary in order to deal with such an event
(E) the necessity of what kind of military action in order to take for dealing with it
不懂為什麼畫線部份不能解釋為:The British Admiralty and War Office當主詞,how "they"的they就有先行詞可代,句意解釋成"他們要如何在軍事上行動及處理..."?

不懂為什麼畫線部份不能解釋為:The British Admiralty and War Office當主詞,how "they"的they就有先行詞可代,句意解釋成"他們要如何在軍事上行動及處理..."?

這邊的 they 是可以解釋成你的說法
但是 deal with them 就變得很奇怪啦
所以A不能選 :)

只是我會一直解讀成我的想法(A和W當主詞)
所以壓根兒不會再往別的選項找,因為別的選項意思就完全不同了
再者(D)中我看到action就想到莫老師說的act->action改變句意
我就更加不會選,繼續往我的解讀去走..
以上就是我的思路囉...

Og中並沒有指出they指代錯,只有說them 無可指代,
這一題的思路,Og也有說明是consider X and Y
X:名詞a possible Russian attempt ...去找另一個名詞Y,所以就是D了,賓果!!

what必是引導名詞子句或名詞片語
how則是形容詞子句或片語
至於act - action就改變句意
我想你儘快忘掉吧

不是我不尊敬莫大俠，實在是要用一些簡單的規則技巧來應付SC，實在是太危險啦！

套句哈佛魔人Ti 的名言，OG SC的解釋，根本是考AT的聖經！看個十遍都不為過

太危險的招式

OG裡面的解釋也常說 distort the meaning
問題是在於我們對於句意是不是瞭解 :P
莫老師的解題思路第一步就是看完句子略知句意
所以閱讀不好實在是很吃虧 *-)

的確動詞跟名詞要表達的句意是有些許不同的
所以老師的一些招術是可以做為參考
ex: adj + N 不等於 adv + v
提醒自己注意句意是不是被轉換了
但是只要句意是對的
我覺得就別拘泥在 "原題動詞答案名詞少選" 的技巧囉
