答案是C...請問一下這邊being的用法為何?大家考試遇到什麼情形,才會將being選得下手呢?

如果要量化的話
OG沒有一題是選being (human being例外)
大全及考古是有幾題
GWD也是沒有(記得有一題是9-1，但答案有爭議，有錯還請補充)
所以，你可以從投資報酬率判斷要不要研究being

了解囉...之前補黃老師的修辭時,也是說看到being幾乎可以直接刪去,只是做到這一題又好像看到B大考第二次時,有一題選了being的答案,所以蠻好奇的!!謝謝大家...

就像魚說的我的看法與他相同

其實老莫一直說being 少選不是不選

所以還是以句意為重吧

而且一提不可能只考being這點

對being沒把握時先看別的考點吧

這樣子算不算redundant呢...increasingly已經含有進行中的意思!!

我覺得increasing 旨在修飾view這個動作,
所以才需要being來表達此處所需要的被動概念,
若有他說,還請指教! 8-|

同意大哥的看法
用現在式的被動加increasingly也可以表示同等概念。
不過E有個明顯的錯誤therefore being...

先削去不好的選項.
(A) and 主詞,動詞一樣,應該省略; 所以不簡潔 => 不好
(B) 副詞子句 beasue 在前, 跟主要子句之間要加逗點 (it is ... 前面應該有逗點); increased the view, view 不能增加 => 刪除
(D) increasing view, view 不能增加 => 刪除
(E) the quietest being = the quietest (of all) being, being 的主詞是 all ships => 刪除
=> (C)
