這一題我是用比較要同類解題，句意應該是說微生物和車子一樣，沒有大幅改變外表：
1.先刪去ABC，因為evolution/modification是抽象名詞，和Volkswagen無法比較
2.再刪去D，因為sheath是表示外殼應該對應exterior，而非Volkswagen。

這是我的想法，大家再討論。
