不是喔!!!!
應該是說,這題如果選but only if 的選項,會使該選項成為一個不完整的句子,即If+S+V~~~~~~~,S+V~~~~,才是完整的一套句子!!!!!

而可以視第二個announced that 所接的the group will pare daily production by 1.5 million barrels by the beginning of next year為If+S+V~~~~~~~,S+V~~~~句型中的S+V~~~~,如此再搭配If條件句的鐵則:If+S+現在式V.~~~~~~~,S+will +原型V.~~~.
