over 50 million 與more than 50 million比起來哪邊不好??

the是定冠詞 , 有定冠詞與沒有定冠詞的句意是不同滴
可參考OG上ㄧ道題 ---> "像真珠ㄧ樣跑來跑去" 快樂滴參悟一番

Despite the fact 為何不能用?

這是哪裡聽來滴 ? 應該是你記錯了吧 ---->幫你解題的朋友應該是說 "the fact that" 不佳吧

over 50 million 與more than 50 million比起來哪邊不好??

這是在問 (A) / (B) 的不同嗎 ?
若是 / 重點不在over or more than , 而是定冠詞擺放的位置不同,引享了句意 (參見1)

我想到的則是OG154題...
剛好就是考the more than的觀念...
