B，it 有問題，而且題意該是以飛機為主，而不是proponent為主
C，with不如by來的清楚
D，say its proponents不可能合文法
E，前後兩個it又出問題

那麼莫撈錢有提到夫妻離異的其中一個例子就是助動詞跟動詞間不能插入副詞片語啊
所以我就改選(C)了(雖然覺得with不能代替by 句意有點給他改變)

actually, I think the main problem of Choice C is "it".
A is still better than C
