想請教distinguish between A and B　和 distinguish A from B　用法有何不同？
若選項(A)把"their"去除，那(A)就正確了嗎？

前者是區分兩者，後者則是將A從B區分開來
至於你說的their去除，坦白說就難選了

A如果把their去掉, 文法上雖然沒有問題,可是邏輯意思上變成好像mood swings 成為manic-depressive psychosis的一個分支...

但是本著ETS出題不需要專業知識背景的原則, 加個their, 是讓考生得以rule out 此選項的一個考點...
