much在此應是adv.修飾動詞 agree的程度
而不是您說的adj.修飾名詞voters

第一次選會有困惑應該是在於不瞭解 however = no matter how
much提前的用法

表示~美國選民多麼地同意.... 而不是說：“無論多少個選民同意”
就如之前討論的
much當作程度副詞用
這�是表示程度的修飾agree

此外之前筆記紀錄過

參考就好嚕..可不可考我也不太確定
還是要依句意判斷這題

Choice E, though it retains that,is grammatilcally incorrect: becuse E starts with an independent rather than a subordinate clause and separates its two independent clauses wiht a comma, it creates a run-on sentence with no logical connection established between the halves.

這邊的However(字典說功用是引導讓步的副詞子句)
是可以代成跟no matter how一樣
如果你搞不太懂no matter how,
也許no matter what, no matter wherer你會熟悉一點
舉例
No matter what he does, I still love him.
(= Whatever he does, I still love him.)
No matter where you go, I will go with you.
(= Wherever you go, I will go with you)
以上這些都不是流水句喔

我搞不太懂辭性啊子句啊那些什麼的
只會用舉例的
如果有人可以從修辭上講法解釋的話就幫忙一下喔

補充一下
however much, much as. Even though, no matter how much, as in As much as I hate to, I must stay home tonight, or However much it hurts, you ought to admit you were wrong, or Much as Karen would love to see us, she can't get out of her prior commitment. [Late 1500s]

我記得莫老師在上課中曾經說過however是副詞連接詞(Conjunctive Adverbs) , 也就是說應該當作副詞來用 .

這題的話我認為是however much在作怪

however有兩種用法:
做副詞, 表示"然而",
做連接詞, 表示"無論如何",也就是"no matter how"
