(D)(E)不准選 用or不對

(B)them 指誰? 不知道指誰

(C)who have tried counting it,it指a language就一種怎麼count? 所以it不寫出來，這裡的count是不及物動詞的用法，tried 後面要to不用ing, C錯

剩下(A)對，
it指language，count取消it，try to, distinguish A "and" B

Those沒有指代什麼
妳可以想成Those people

亂舉例
Those who love animals are usually kind to people.
這邊those不用指代前面的任何東西
想成those people即可
