要比D和E,最重要的就是比較要同類
是members比clones喔
是這些members彼此之間很像,所以說他們像clones

cheetah species裡面大家的都太像了,幾乎像clones一樣
所以如果有個疾病來,很可能大家都死光 (對不起我說白話文 )
(如果是大家基因比較不像的species,一個疾病來大家不會死光
因為基因的多樣性,會比較容易生存下來)
所以E可以比B更精確地表達這個概念(強調一個species裡面各個成員很像)

從文法上來看的話

我猜想那個their是指members of cheetah
還原就是
members of the cheetah species are almost like clones in their similarity to one another
如果用B,就會有前面用their後面用its的問題

小弟覺得Almost like clones in their similarity to one
another的their是指clones，句意應該是說就像clones 他們彼此之間有相
似性一樣，the cheetah species 的成員會因為彼此間的同質在感染疾病
時容易受到傷害，也就是彼此會互相傳染。

species 單複同形 (i.e. 可單數,可複數)
這樣的話, (B) 怎麼不行呢?

個人認為B不行是句意上的問題
clones在這邊像是 "複製品"的意思
members of the cheetah 的 members之間 像 複製品 一般
而不是 species 整個 像是製品一般
重點在於 species裡 之間的 members 像clones
我的看法:P

因為前面已經告訴我們是 their similarity如果後面又用 its，真的很奇怪

species雖然是單、複數同型 但是這裡這是一個句子，所以代名詞需要前後一致

同意ALRBUM的說法~B在這邊不行是句意的問題
如同複製品之間的相同性，
CHEETAH'S SPECIES' MEMBER之間HOMOGENEITY的相同性導致他們易於受到某種疾病的威脅
若是指整個SPECIES就少了彼此之間的相互一致性的感覺~就與前面的句子CLONES那邊不太符合

如果有誤請指教
像單細胞生物(clones)彼此之間的相似一樣,
印度豹種類的動物(members of the cheetah species)由於它們的同質性特別易受疾病威脅.

1.要和同類比===所以clones不能和homogeneity(同質性)比
消掉A C D

2.比較的內容形式要對偁===單細胞生物(clones)彼此之間,
所以應該是印度豹物種中的動物彼此在做比較
如果選B解釋為=由於印度豹種類的同質性,所以印度豹種類特別.....
(和誰同質?)

未畫線的部分有 多數所有格代名詞 their，即可知道 逗點 後要立即接 "多數主詞"，只有(E) 是多數主詞ㄡ!
注意 species 單複數同形，而 (B) 的 species 是單數。 即便是複數，那動詞也錯了。

平行最重要的是︰抽象名詞 V.S 抽象名詞； 具體名詞 V.S 具體名詞；單數 V.S 單數；複數 V.S複數-
題干clones in their...==> clones是複數
A: 主詞是homogeneity---單數 （錯）
B: species (不管是不是單複同形，後面用的是is)----單數 （錯）
C: homogeneity---單數 （錯）
D:同A
E: members---複數 （對）
然後用意思檢查一下，如同clones一樣在個體上的相似，cheetah species的成員們非常容易收到疾病的傷害（也）是因為他們的相像性，同種性 （正確）
