如果把 it 加進來平衡: Intar ... has moved and it draws ... 使得 it 顯然多餘. 不止多餘, 依照 OG 的說明可知, 重複相同主詞在平衡的用法理是錯誤的;
加豆號的說明意謂著一個句子只能有一個主詞, 當地二個主詞出現時就必須另起一句, 以豆號隔開, 以連接詞連接兩個句子.

時間副詞修是全句最好放在句首或句尾. (D) (E) 把 now 放到句子中間就可能修飾到其他的動詞或片語而模糊或改變了句意
(D) : draws now on the works both of contemporary Hispanic authors living abroad 現在吸引住在國外的當代作者的作品上(on the works) 而不是吸引他們的作品 (draw on the works)
(E) : draws on the works now of both contemporary Hispanic authors 解讀為目前兩個當代作者的作品上,或者目前兩個當代作者的作品

2. ... and ... : (both contemporary Hispanic authors living abroad) and (those in the United States) => both 當形容詞 = 兩個
一邊有分詞, 一邊沒有, 結構不是很平衡
