歷時長達七年之久目的在完成這部作品，
這裡若Ｃ選改have taken會有問題嗎？

說一下看法，觀念還在建立中，請指正
現在完成式通常是表現一種持續的動作，有點現在進行的味道
所以出現since etc....的句子通常就是現在完成式要出現了
因為那個動作 since ..到現在

這句是在講一件事，雖然這件事有時間區間
但它是在陳述，而不是談這個持續性
所以用現在完成式，我覺得怪怪的
句意會變成=>1713年ap開始翻譯，這個工作花費了他7年到現在

此外時態也有問題，這句是過去式，跳出個現在式 也怪
