為什麼在A中的it 可以比B更清楚指出是代替哪一個名詞呢 ?
因為前面都是兩個名詞阿 謝謝回答喔^^

在(A)中 it 明確指代CIA，因為若指代SC則需用反身代名詞 itself。
在(B)中則可代CIA也可代SC => ambiguity

這提示用消去法找答案的.
(D) (E) 代名詞數量錯誤;
(C) disclosure to the public 有點脫褲子放屁的意味, 把disclosure去掉並換上是當的介詞不影響原意;
(A) (B) 選一個很難決定. 但是 (B) for it 跟 to +V 為同一對象(CIA)講同一目的, for it 語意顯得很弱, 似乎沒有必要; (B) enabling = which enable 語意清楚, 所給的訊息有意義, 而且沒有浪費任一個字, 所以選 (A)

主詞和受詞是同一個的時候,受詞要用反身代名詞.
