就產生歧義了

sizable應該放在要修飾的名詞前面,
這裡修飾的是population而不是wolves

的確.
a sizable wolf population 有修飾歧異: a {sizable wolf} population vs a sizable {wolf population}

OG 的解說沒有挑剔 (A)（Ｂ）(C) 的動詞 has, 似乎默認 that = one, 但 one of N that 像這種情況的卻不盡然一體適用,在不少題目裡 that 其實是修飾 N .
答案 (E) 又巧妙地迴避了這個問題,不知是 ETS 也不確定,還是 that = states?
頗困擾的問題.
