用邏輯看當然是講criminals...但能否就因為邏輯講的通，就視為可以接受(因為有時候我們的邏輯和ETS的不太一樣)

結論(Illuna解成這樣可以總結了吧)，除了這題的基本作法(主動一致)、which指代外
還考限定不限定，以OG178來說，好像是限定用法比較合邏輯，是吧

不過我建議本題（或是以後其他題）還是別從which這種地方下手....先看看有沒有明顯的錯能刪掉幾個答案算幾個...

到最後再用which從剩下的答案來判斷哪個對...要是無法判斷就比較長短吧...

這是我自己設定電腦上機考的原則....

要不然像這題.....OG解釋根本就沒有說明which的用法哪個有錯啊....

We may refer to that.
如果一個句子有兩個子句要做補充說明,但這兩個子句一定要合成一個句子去補充說明前面的名詞或整個句子,ETS prefer to
N, which~ving~

我認為這題的which是限定用法, 而且which removes only selected trees這裡式插入句,前後用逗點隔開 ; 這樣他和後面用either ...or....對稱的surface fires that burn 可以粉漂亮的對上, 再提示一點, 後面未劃線部分but do not denude the forest, 其實已經暗示我們前面應該用簡單動詞即可, 不用分詞

先別管logging是不是限定用法.....從你挑到BD中選一個還有另一個方法....

請注意D選項中removing only selected trees, or surface fires, burning

有兩種可能：

(1)......such work has not addressed either logging removing only selected trees, or surface fires, （and burn=）burning.......

(2)......such work has not addressed either logging removing only selected trees, or surface fires, （which burns=）burning.......

這樣懂了嗎?

我想這是翻譯與認知的問題

non-restrictive 是語法中翻譯用語，直譯非限定用法，但確是專指最前面代的主詞或名詞
如上面說的My father, who is tall, is...我爸很高.. 只有一個爸爸，這反而是"限定"

restrictive 則可直譯為限定用法，是指前面的複數動詞的其中一個
如 my brothers who is ....我其中一個哥哥
