OG裡面的解釋有說了

主詞前後都有修飾語-->不恰當

時態真的就和之前 Duke大大說的一樣

用過去式比較好

如果單純看 B 選項

不會有指代不清的問題

根據OG的解說, (B) 除了由 who 引導的形容詞子句時態與主要子句不一致之外, who 也是不恰當的,因為 who = generations of actors, 而 generations 並不是人.
(D) 裡的 who 位置靠近 Stella Adler, 修飾 Stella Adler 對了. 但是若 including = that included (that = generations), 句意不合理, 因為 Marlon Brando and Robert De Niro 不會是 generations. 另一個問題是主詞 Stella Adler 放在後面造成頭重腳輕.
(E) 同位語應該具體在後以解釋抽象,所以 Stella Adler 應該放在 one of ... 的前面.

原因是句意不合理:
1. including 若修飾前句,主詞是 who = Stella Adler, 變成 ..., who trained several generations of actors, and (Stella Adler) included ...
2. including 若就近修飾 generations of actors, 變成 ..., who trained several generations of actors, which included ... (which = generations) 但 Marlon Brando and Robert De Niro 不是 generations.
