我看不懂這句 這是當同位語嗎??

我真是看不懂這樣的同位語


或是當第二句解? 那第二句沒有動詞...B是怎麼正確的?
這題A.B.C.皆缺乏動詞
且C.D.指涉錯誤 不選

主要子句的動詞是 number
逗點後面的 wasps 跟逗點前的 wasps 同位

但是無論如何 還是不簡潔
因為 (B)用形容詞，(E)用形容詞子句修飾society

有人解釋一下這個嗎?

number 是動詞 主詞是Yellow jackets
意思是說Yellow jackets 的數量大約有/在900.....之類的 or so=about

順帶一題我的解法,不知有無錯誤
a) ...society where.... (where 不能指society)
b) 其實看不懂,先跳過
c) which means... (which refer to wasps, which means = wasps means,不對)
d) which means... (which refer to wasps, which means = wasps means,不對)
e) living.... (living可以是yellow jackets living 或 wasps living,指的不清楚)

不知選啥就選B吧....

E) 如你說的指涉不清 如果是指yellow jackets 那還可以接受 因為yellow jackets=wasps
(我不確定啦 我的理解 我不知道 yellow jackets 是什麼碗糕 我當牠是黃蜂的一種)
不過E 這裡更大的問題是it
想不出這個it有存在理由? 因為指yellow jackets or wasps都不對
唯一的單數名詞是society 意思是要指涉society沒錯 可是句子結構不對
因為society那句是插入句 可以整個不看 塗掉
可是it這句位階很高 是主要句子的位階 跟前面Yellow jackets number among 900...一樣是主要句子


B) 這個也看死我了 真的很不多見這樣的寫法 所以我才在前幾篇罵-死美國人！！
B這句喔 你把其他補充說明的通通塗掉不看 B其實只寫了一個字 wasps
wasps that live in a society 這裡是形容詞子句 形容wasps

society consisting almost entirely of females 這裡又是另一個分詞構句當形容詞用 說明society
原句還原成society which consists almost entirely of females
which殺掉 consists改現在分詞 表主動

然後一大堆形容詞的咚咚 通通不要看(反正只是要說明一些東西)
B) 變成 wasps, wasps....... 這兩個是同位語
補充說明而已

舉一個文章看過的例子就清楚了
ex: Native Americans, people who live in ooxx area, + Verb+.....
怕讀者不知道什麼是Native Americans 所以後面補充說明一下這個詞

Native Americans, people who live in ooxx area,
11111111 wasps, wasps that live in....society, (一模一樣,看懂了嗎？)

什麼玩意 我要再罵一次 死美國人 亂改寫!

主要結構中的 " it " 是不是永遠不能代替由,living....,引導的插入句中的單數名詞(ex. society)呢?

還是只是單純的錯誤: 原題主詞本身為Yellow jackets 插入句不看 it 做為yellow jackets之代名詞會產生不一致的情形

另外 假如是這樣的句子 是否可以這樣寫

Wasps live in a society that is highly cooperative and organized, and wasps' society consist of almost all females.
