用According to在這裡的話會讓人家有誤會說基金是根據variety criteria所宣稱的去做

我覺得是看大家對於句意的體認吧
也就是片語是修飾誰
如果覺得是用來修飾 screen
表示 根據某些東西 來 審查(篩選) 公司

一致的標準是什麼？多一致？

這兩個用法幾乎可以說天天出現在我看的文件，或我寫的報告中
(我的上司是老外，如果我用錯應該已經被糾正很多次了)
光是看criteria 就知道是用according to

in accordance with意思同於或近似於
in compliance with, 後面都是加一些規定或法條(有點mandatory性質的)
"依照"、"符合"、"遂守"(規定)的意思
而本題的adherence to
我也是三天兩頭看到它
也是有類似意思
有些人口語就用stick to來代替
可能有人會說I stick to LV
但不會有人adherence to LV

"依據XX做選擇或做xx"，則用下列做法
是用according to some criteria

也許有人認為in accordance with也有"依據"的意思
但要看後面接什麼性質的名詞及整個句意

覺得句意是表示 用那些criteira做為 screen 的基準
也就是說 according to 是用來修飾 screen
而不是像上面討論 in accordance with 是用來修飾 company

我支持維尼的說法
應該用according to 修飾 screen 代表screen以這些為標準
若是用in accordance with 修飾 company 這樣句意怪異
screen 符合這些標準的公司？應該是screen所有的公司吧
如果已知道某公司 in accrodance with such variety of criteria
為什麼還要screen？

剛開始選A 看了討論又覺得D好像也通
現在越看越模糊了

D基本上wordy....而且印象中這種帶有名詞的片語基本上都不會是對的答案
而且印象中in accrodance with後面是接一些條例或法令
我是認為兩者沒有太大差別....ETS沒那麼無聊考這種超精準用法
我的老外老師常說....英文本來很多字都可以互通...只是大部分的人偏好用哪一種
他常建議我直接用google比較多寡...比較一下我是覺得選A
