那不就變成

為什麼不必寫成像是
an investigation was carried out by state medical officials呢??

這樣時態不是錯了嗎??

我就是因為這個原因
所以選了D

而且雖然C平衡對稱,但我覺得句意怪異
變成hospital break law, work longer than 24 hours, surgical resident work more than 95 hours a week三者沒有什麼先後或因果的概念

而D,則是先講了 hospital break law的事實,再點出break law的事實是哪兩方面,這樣的句意比較通順,各位不知覺得如何???

畫線之前已說明AFTER THE LAW，在法案通過的十多年後有一個研究BALABALA
法案通過是在過去很久前
研究是從過去到現在
所以這裡用現在完成式應該是OK
再討論...

有關C的時態 應該沒有問題
這裡用 現在完成式 表該調查的完成 不表時間發生更早
通過法律那邊用的時態是 passed 過去式

比過去式還要早發生 會用過去完成式 had found


這一題的考點很多 怎麼看 怎麼解都很好下手
有關前面有人問的 第一步怎麼看 比較好
我的作法是先大致看一下五個選項
發現有 hospitals當主詞 也有 investigation當主詞 所以知道考點在決定那個當主詞比較適合
然後接下去看後面是在講一連串的事實...
這時我就決定用 investigation當主詞比較好了 hospitals都刪掉

剩下BCE做比較 然後看到 of twelve hospitals 擺的位置不同 知道他要考修飾錯誤
B不選了 因為變成 officials of twelve hospitals
這不合理吧 這十二家醫院應該有公營 有民營 不可能是同一經營者吧
同樣 也不可能有一官方單位去擁有/負責管轄這十二家醫院
另外B還錯一個地方 an investigation have found...

E一樣 ,of twelve hospitals, 懸在那邊 沒頭沒腦 搞什麼鬼!!! 錯錯錯!!!

D)我覺得它完全是一個亂寫 又是who found 又是with一個事實發現
完全不想花時間去看D.....
