2) D is incorrect because "which" comes after "the country" and, therefore, would refer to and modify "the country" and not "the market".

因為share後面是用of the country's $21 billion book market，這兩個部門的share應不可用全國市場額去修飾吧！

另外，此題在國外論壇也是一面倒E，考的重點是修飾語問題。
