唉呀,這題可真是大陷井
沒錯就如樓上所說,這裡 but it also 是表對比,而不是not only....but also這樣句意才合理

清理森林可帶來農田,便宜房子和家具(好處) 但它也會地區腐蝕及很快造成濫墾(壞處)

所以答案是 D拉
