have+Vpp表示動作從過去持續到現在，這題的意思應該是吃過的人..這吃的動作應該沒持續到現在才是..

這是cd上的帖子,看起來完成式並沒有持續到現在的意思阿

1) 现在时：一般现在时表示的动词，有时与谓语动词表示的动作同时发生，有时发生在谓语动词的动作之后。
　　He seems to know this.
　　I hope to see you again. = I hope that I'll see you again.　我希望再见到你。
2) 完成时：表示的动作发生在谓语动词表示的动作之前。
　I'm sorry to have given you so much trouble.
　He seems to have caught a cold.

現在完成式適用：
(1)過去發生的動作,對現在的影響或產生的結果,著眼點在現在：
I have opened the window.-窗子現在是開的
(2)表示從過去某時段開始，延續到現在的動作：
He has worked here for over 20 years.

2) 完成时：表示的动作发生在谓语动词表示的动作之前。
　I'm sorry to have given you so much trouble. –在sorry 之前，已經發生give you so much trouble.這些trouble現在還在-套用(1)
　He seems to have caught a cold.-在seem這動作前，就catch a cold-現在是感冒的-(1)

如果這題想taste想用完成式那麼，因為taste動作在know之前，理論上taste要用比現在完成式更前面的時態..
不過我想這題是要講：第一次嚐過的人..，用我上述給的現在完成式觀念，都不太適用，(1)因為著眼點不是現在吃，(2)而且此動作維持到現在也不合理
